Pafos lies on the southwest coast of the island and is sheltered from the north by the Troodos mountains. It has a temperate climate, one of the healthiest in the whole Mediterranean. The region of Pafos is composed by beautiful countryside and mountainous landscapes, historical sights that many of them belong to the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage, luxury resorts and a vibrant nigh life.

Pafos was elected as a European Capital of Culture for 2017 due to the cultural elemnets, this historical city secretes.

It is home to the second largest International airport and one of the most "untouched" areas of the island, numerous Blue-Flag sandy beaches and the Akamas National Park. It is a renowned destination for holidaymakers and people who wish to reside in a region which offers unlimited activities, good food, exquisite wine, spas, golf courses and many more.
