QUALITY GROUP: REVOLUTIONARY SCHEME FOR THE FIRST TIME BUYER
Quality Group is announcing a new scheme which is targeted to young couples who wish to buy their first residence. Taking into consideration today’s economy, Quality Group has adapted its strategy to match the needs of the Cyprus market. The attention of the Group is now focused on the Cypriot property buyer.
By evaluating today’s economic factors and examining the market, Quality Group has reached to 2 conclusions:
1. The majority of young couples (mostly in Larnaca and the outskirts of Nicosia) are interested in buying a detached house but this is not attainable due to financial limitations.
2. The affordable investment amount ranges from €200,000 to €275,000
After a number of studies, Quality Group has decided to use certain plots of land, which were bought years ago in low prices, in order to help the Cypriot market. These plots were originally planned for tourist residences but the Group decided to change the architectural plans and transform these projects into developments which are directed to the Cyprus public for the purpose of fulfilling the dream of owning a house.
The first stage of this scheme involves 87 houses in the Larnaca district, more specifically in the areas of Meneou and Alethriko (only 10 minutes away from the city centre). The price of these houses ranges from €190,000 to €276,410 inclusive V.A.T.
The organization has made agreements with a number of financial institutions for the guarantee of a mortgage loan and also undertakes all the necessary procedures regarding loans.
Quality Group also provides full support in the applications for the return of V.A.T. for first time buyers as well as any other funding offered by the government of Cyprus (e.g. financial help for refugees, etc).
The promotional campaign of the first stage of “Cypress Living” houses was launched on the 5th of December 2009. |
