Quality Group has won 2 of the Europe & Africa Property Awards 2009 in association with CNBC Arabiya.

This refers to the world's most prestigious competition dedicated to finding the best real estate
professionals across the globe. The fact that Quality Group has won 2 of these coveted awards is proof
that Cyprus is not only able to compete at this level but also triumphed within the highly competitive Europe and Africa property arenas.

Quality Group has won an award in the categories of ' Best Mixed Use' Development and 'The Best
Architecture' for its development Q Business Park.

                        BENTLEY INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY AWARD

                          The aim of these awards is to distinguish the highest levels of achievement in a range of property
                          related fields.

                          Estate Agency and Development categories are entered at county level. During the judging process,
                          the entries gaining the highest scores in their category are put forward into the International
                          Property Awards.

                          Quality Group won the Four Star Award in 2005 for Mazotos Traditional Village in the category
                          of Best Cyprus Development.
