HOUSING SCHEME FOR PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEES
Once again, Quality Group breaks new ground by designing a scheme to meet the housing needs of individuals who work for the public sector or for semi-governmental organizations. The purpose of this scheme is to enable these individuals to buy property, either for permanent residence, investment or holiday use. This scheme is called “PERMANENCE”.
The “permanence” scheme is customized to meet the individual needs of every public sector employee. In most cases, when you buy property, you are required to give 20% of the property value as a deposit.
With this scheme the deposit, which equals to 20% of the property’s purchase price, will be treated as a fixed deposit by the Famagusta Cooperative Bank (Συνεργατικό Ταμιευτήριο Αμμοχώστου). This means that clients will be earning valuable interest on the amount until the project is delivered.
The scheme applies to over 250 property units in the Larnaca and Nicosia districts and includes houses, apartments, commercial units and holiday homes.
