STRUCTURE: Of reinforced concrete Grade 25 N/sq.mm according to the relevant  Cyprus Standards for concrete and reinforcement all in compliance with the earthquake code.

BRICKWORK: With hollow clay bricks according to Cyprus Standards plastered internally and rendered externally all in 3 coats plus 3 coats of paint.

FLOORS: All living, kitchen and bedroom areas floors will be finished with ceramic tiles. Bathrooms will be tiled (floors and walls) with ceramic tiles. Staircases will be of marble finish or natural stone. All verandas will be finished with anti-slip tiles. All cills and thresholds are of marble finish.

DOORS & WINDOWS: All external doors and windows will be of sliding double glazed coloured aluminium sections. All internal doors will be timber melamine finish (oak or equivalent). Entrance doors are fire resistant for one and a half hours.

WARDROBES & KITCHEN UNITS: Timber finishes to all areas shown on drawings. Kitchen worktops will be granite.

SANITARY FITTINGS: All of 1st quality according to British Standards (Ideal Standard) and sanitary accessories are included.

WATER SUPPLY: All according to British Standards with insulated copper hot water pipe work, stainless steel solar panels with 1100 litres capacity PVC water tank.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: All according to E.A.C. regulations 16th edition as shown on plans.

AIR-CONDITIONING-HEATING: A/C Units (for heating and cooling) in all living areas and bedrooms.

INSULATION: All concrete surfaces exposed to earth plus all balconies and roofs will be insulated using 5mm thick water proofing membrane.

PARKING: Car park area or covered parking space as shown on drawings.

SWIMMING POOL AREA: Swimming pool with paved areas as shown on drawings. Lighting inside and outside pool.

EXTERNALS:
External dustbin area will be provided. 1.2m high solid perimeter wall.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Provision for Central Satellite TV (Pipe work only).Landscaping to all non-paved areas with irrigation system. All floors are finished with skirting of similar type. All ironmongery is supplied.
